Sales Price The sales price shall be the displayed amount (displayed price/including consumption tax).

Fees Other Than Product Price Shipping fees are charged separately from the sales price. For bank transfers, the customer is responsible for transfer fees. No handling fees for credit card payments.

Delivery Time Products will be shipped within 5 days of receiving the delivery request. *We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders will be accepted but processed on business days only. For ukiyo-e reproduction prints, as they are handcrafted by artisans, some items cannot be mass-produced. While we list products with stable inventory, occasionally there may be shipping delays. If stock is unavailable and delivery will be delayed, we will notify you in advance.

Returns Returns are not accepted except for defective products.

Regarding Defective Ukiyo-e Reproduction Prints

• Please check for defects or damage immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, stains, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days including the delivery date. If stock is available, we will promptly exchange the product. If stock is unavailable, a return will be processed.
• As ukiyo-e prints are hand-printed individually, colors may slightly differ from photographs.
• The paper used is handmade washi, so some stains may be present.
• The pigments used are water-based, derived from natural minerals and plants, so colors may fade with exposure to light. Please store carefully.
• Due to computer display characteristics, actual product colors may slightly differ from images (color differences in images are not considered defects).
• In principle, exchanges or returns for customer convenience or after use are not accepted.
• As all products are handmade, sizes may vary by up to 1cm from listed dimensions.
