If you find any damage, stains, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days including the delivery date. If stock is available, we will promptly exchange the product. If stock is unavailable, a return will be processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As ukiyo-e prints are hand-printed individually, colors may slightly differ from photographs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The paper used is handmade washi, so some stains may be present.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The pigments used are water-based, derived from natural minerals and plants, so colors may fade with exposure to light.
